Workmanship warranty
McCloud Gutter backs eligible installation workmanship for the original customer while that customer owns the property. Manufacturer product warranties remain separate and are governed by their own written terms.
This warranty applies to eligible work installed by McCloud Gutter and paid in full. If our inspection finds that a covered problem was caused by our installation workmanship, McCloud Gutter will determine the reasonable repair needed to correct that workmanship issue.

We cover the way an eligible gutter-protection product was installed by McCloud Gutter. Product performance and product defects remain subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.
McCloud Gutter may inspect, adjust, reseal, refasten, repair, or replace the affected work as reasonably necessary. The remedy is limited to correction of the covered workmanship issue.
Coil, paint finish, gutter guard materials, manufacturing defects, corrosion, fading, chalking, and other product issues are governed by the manufacturer’s written warranty, if any.
Roofing, drip edge, fascia, soffit, framing, siding, foundations, underground drains, pre-existing damage, hidden rot, building movement, and conditions not installed by McCloud Gutter are not covered.
Storms, wind, hail, ice, snow, falling limbs, animals, fire, vandalism, foreign objects, chemicals, pressure washing, unusual heat, and damage or alteration by others are excluded.

McCloud Gutter’s workmanship warranty is for the original customer and is not automatically transferable. A manufacturer warranty may have separate transfer provisions.
No. Surface debris and site-specific conditions can still require inspection or cleaning. Any manufacturer clog-free promise is governed by that manufacturer’s written terms.
