Give prompt written notice
The form directs claims to U.S. Aluminum, Inc., 4300 N. 124th Street, Wauwatosa, WI 53222, Attention: Warranty Department.
Include supporting records
Include a copy of the original warranty, the installing contractor’s contract, and three photographs of the failing product.
Product sample may be requested
If photographs are not enough to determine failure, the manufacturer may require a section of the product to be sent for examination.
McCloud Gutter’s role: our workmanship warranty is separate. We can inspect the installation and provide available records, but the manufacturer decides whether its material warranty applies and what remedy it provides.
