Lifetime manufacturing, sturdiness, and performance
- Performance promise
- Under normal conditions and when installed to Alu-Rex specifications, the product is warranted for life against gutter or downspout clogging and overflow caused by leaves or small branches, including coniferous areas.
- Remedy limits
- For a manufacturing defect, Alu-Rex may repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the defective product. Replacement labor is generally not included. For a validated performance failure, Alu-Rex states it may cover reasonable labor to clear the caused obstruction and repair or replace product if required, with total obligations capped by the original product purchase price.
- Maintenance
- Surface debris may need occasional sweeping or rinsing where wind cannot remove it.
- Transfer
- The limited warranty may transfer one time with the property, without extending the original warranty period.
Lifetime material and sturdiness; 25-year prorated performance
The T-Rex performance portion is prorated: 100% during years 0–10, 50% after 10 through 20 years, and 10% after 20 through 25 years. The written warranty excludes clogging caused by conifers.

Light surface maintenance may still be required. The product warranty does not cover the existing gutter itself or problems caused by faulty installation, unusual conditions, storm damage, building conditions, or other listed exclusions.
Submitting an Alu-Rex claim
The current sheets require a written claim within a reasonable time after discovery, including photos and description, discovery date, installation date, invoice, installer information, and homeowner contact information.
